POWER OF OUR WORDS 2

Gods Word is life.

Man does not live by bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.(Deuteronomy 8:3 )

Also
"The Word of God is living and active".(Hebrews 4:12)

Isaiah 55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to me void, but is shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
“Shall” - must and can. Shall is an absolute, When Good says “it shall”, it means it will.
“Prosper” - to become strong and flourishing. To achieve economic success.
God wants us to speak and pray his word to him and when we speak and pray his word, it will not return to him empty. So if I am praying for healing and I am praying his word, it is not going to return void. It means I am going to get healed.
Whenever we speak God’s Word, we release the power of God to operate in our lives, it gives Him FULL ACCESS to our lives but on the contrary whenever we speak words of the enemy, such as “you’re nobody, you’re sick”, we giving Satan authority to work in our lives. Whatever we say today is what we will get in the future. So if right now, you are speaking lack or sickness, you’re going to end up there but if right now you’re speaking healing(even though you might not feel well) or prosperity(even though your bank account doesn’t look it) you’re heading that way.

If we want to let God into our problem, we need to talk to our problem about God.
For example, if your problem is your bank account, you’re not going to go to God saying “my bank account is in the red.” He already knows it. Instead you talk to your bank account saying, “bank account you are blessed, I have abundance to give to every good work.”

2. God has lots to say about what we speak.
Proverbs 6:2 We are snared by the words of our mouth.
Proverbs 15:1, 4, 7 A soft answer turns away wrath but grievous words stir anger, A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit, The lips of the wise disperse knowledge: but the heart of the foolish doeth not so.
Proverbs 18:21 Life and death are in the power of the tongue.

3. He has put His Word above His name.

Psalm.138:2 For You have magnified Your Word above all Your name.

4. Our talk always precedes our walk.

The power of the tongue. We must confess and speak the Word over ourselves, our family, and situations. (i.e. finances, weight, feelings, attitudes, anger, ect.)
We don’t have to be a Bible scholar, super-theologian to put the Word to work in our life.   Just have and use simple faith.  God has given each of us the measure of faith; it’s whether or not we choose to use it.  Faith in the Word is like muscles, we must exercise them or they will get weak.
The power of words will FRAME and change and direct our lives!  Through our words we are building a road in which we lead into Gods destiny for us!
Instead of “I can’t” we can say, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians.4:13)
Instead of “I’m always broke” we can say, I always have more than enough to meet my needs and sow generously into the Kingdom of God. (2 Corinthians. 9:8)
Instead of “I’m sick”, we can say, NO illness can prevail in my life because the stripes of Jesus have healed me from all sickness and disease. (1 Peter 2:24)
Instead of “I’m hot tempered”, we can say, the peace of Christ rules in my heart.   (Colossian 3:15)
5. We must choose to believe God’s Word and put it above the word of man, the words the
devil may speak, and what society, doctors, “experts” on finance or weight loss say.

6.If we fill ourselves up with faith- God’s Word, it will displace unbelief.
The more we get filled with faith, the more the disbelief can’t be there.

7.We must confess and speak the Word to and over ourselves, our families, and our
situations (i.e. finances, body, attitudes, feelings).

8. Think before we speak. When dealing with a difficult person, ask God what to say or
say nothing. It’s okay to say, “I need some time to pray about that, I’ll get back to you”
Quick decisions can often be wrong.

9.What we put in will come out.
